THE LEGATIO LAGOS
Lagos, Nigeria is the epi-center of commerce, trade and social life in the Africa continent. It’s multi cultural ethnicity and metropolitan nature makes Lagos a must live in for persons and organizations seeking local, country wide and international exposure. Though congested, yet it is still rapidly growing as the centre of local and international immigration. The choice of Lagos for The Legatio brand is by no means a difficult one.
THE LEGATIO LONDON
Big Ben is one of the world’s famous landmark. The iconic silhouette is instantly recognizable and is one of the most instagrammed clock on the planet. Six monarchs and 41 prime ministers have come and gone since the bells first struck their now familiar music across Westminster.

We are currently investigating and reviewing the dynamics of the Legatio being in London within the next two years in our quest for a dominant entry London real estate market.
THE LEGATIO PARIS
The Eiffel tower stands 300 meters (984 feet) high. It rests on a base that is 5 meters (17 feet) tall, and the TV antenna atop the tower gives it a total elevation of 300 meters (1,083 feet). The Eiffel Tower was the topping off of the Chrysler Building in New York City in 1929.

We see Paris as a must invest in city given that it is a high yield real estate investment area due to it’s cosmopolitan and tourist attraction nature. We intend to have residential properties for you to invest in in Paris within the next 3 years.
THE LEGATIO NEW YORK
The Statue of Liberty is one of the defining icons of the United States of America. Standing at a whopping 305 feet tall, Lady Liberty stands guard in the New York Harbour on Liberty Island.
The Statue of Liberty was indeed given to the United States of America by the French people to celebrate 100 years of the USA being an independent nation, and is one of the most visited sites in the world. New York is also known as the business capital of the world.

THE LEGATIO DUBAI
Burj Khalifa, a mega tall skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates named after Khalifa bin Zayed AL Nahyan, and is the tallest building ever built, at 828 metres (2,717ft). The building is 162 stories high. Construction of the tower was started on 6 January 2004, and the building was officially opened on 4 January 2010, almost 6 years later. It is the tallest structure made by humans in the world. Everybody wants to see or live in Dubai at least once in a their life time. Dubai is the premier and arguably the heart of the Arab world culture and tourism.
